Our Recreational gymnastics classes are suitable for all. We have our Rec 4-7 classes which are for gymnasts between the age of 4 and 7. This is great for beginners giving your gymnast the opportunity to learn more about gymnastics and try out all the equipment. We also keep an eye on the progress of your gymnast and will challenge those who have more experience or are progressing quickly. Our 7-10 groups follow the same programme as our 4-7 groups. We focus more on flexibility and strength work for our gymnasts. As well as helping them to progress and achieve slightly harder skills. Our 10+ groups are lots of fun and perfect for slightly older gymnasts to socialise as well as enjoy the sport of gymnastics. We tailor our classes around our gymnasts and really help them to develop in the areas they want. All of our recreational classes are coach lead and structured. Beginning with a warm up game and stretch and concluding with a cool down game or challenge for the older ones. Our rec groups all work towards a summer and winter display in which they will do a performance to music. We also hold a rec competition towards the end of the year for any wanting to compete.
