Weekly Classes (Recreational & Preschool)

All of our weekly classes are currently full and operate on a waiting list only.

Even if the timetable shows spaces, these are for internal use and do not mean a space is immediately available. Registering places your child on the waiting list only.

Holiday Clubs & Special Events

If you would like to book a Holiday Club or Special Event, these are booked separately and not through the waiting list system.

✅ How to Join the Waiting List:

1. Create an account with Thrive4 — [Click here to set up your account] Or, if you are a previous member wishing to change class, please log in to your existing account.

2. Select your preferred class.

3. Add the class to your basket and check out.

4. Enter your Direct Debit details (Don’t worry — no payments will be taken until your child has attended a trial and a place has been offered and accepted.)

🔔 What Happens Next:

• Adding a class to your basket and checking out places your child on the waiting list for that class.

• The system may display “spaces” — this reflects ongoing trial offers and movements, but all allocations are handled manually in waiting list order.

• When a space is ready for your child, we’ll contact you to book a £10 trial session (payable by cash or card at reception).

• After the trial, if you wish to continue, let us know at reception. We’ll then activate your account and start your Direct Debit from the agreed date.

Class Fees (Paid via Direct Debit on the 20th of each month, covering the following month’s classes)

• Monday classes: £36/month (discounted due to Bank Holiday closures)

• All other days: £39/month

📌 Important Information About Payment Processing Fees
Our payment partner applies a small fixed processing fee of 30p to each transaction. For example, a £38 class fee now totals £39.30. Despite this update, our payment partner remains the most cost-effective and reliable option, allowing us to continue providing the best service possible while keeping overall class fees stable.

📌 Membership & Insurance Fee – Valid Until 30 September 2027

Our membership year runs from 1 October to 30 September each year.

The membership fee depends on which month your child joins. Children joining later in the membership year pay a reduced fee because their membership will only run from their joining date until 30 September 2027.

Membership fees:

• Joining October–February: £45

• Joining March–May: £33

• Joining June–July: £25

• Joining August: £15

• Joining September: £0

📌 Everyone Renews Together

Regardless of which month your child joins, their membership will run until 30 September 2027.

Our new membership year begins on 1 October 2027, and everyone renews at the same time for the new membership year.

The full annual membership and insurance fee of £45 will then apply to everyone for the period 1 October 2027–30 September 2028.

📌 When Will the Renewal Payment Be Taken?

Our Direct Debit payments are requested on the 20th of each month.

Therefore, the £45 renewal payment will be requested on or around 20 September, in preparation for the new membership year beginning on 1 October.

This means that, whether your child joined in October, June, August or September, everyone is brought onto the same annual renewal date and the full £45 annual fee will be collected for the new membership year.

For example:
If your child joins in June, you will pay the reduced £25 fee for their membership from June until 30 September 2027. Their membership will then renew with everyone else, and the £45 annual fee will be requested on or around 20 September 2027 for the new membership year starting 1 October 2027.

📌 Please note: When registering your child, the system may initially show the full £45 membership fee. Once we receive your registration and confirm the month your child starts and your Direct Debit begins, we will manually adjust the fee to the correct amount shown above.
